Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste, or 2 1/4 teaspoons puréed capers
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Whisk together the anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire. Add the mayonnaise, cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
